Eating for Two

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen my recent post—I’m pregnant!!

It’s been a long and crazy past few months, but I’m finally in my third trimester and am doing my best to do some prep for the baby and meals for us when I have the energy. This week I have a few things I’m focusing on for prep:

  • Stocking up on paper goods

  • Starting planning and making freezer meals

  • Making shelf stable or freezer snacks

  • Eating more protein and adding in more raspberry leaf tea, dates, and other third trimester essential nutrients

I’ll absolutely share my progress and some of my favorite recipes soon, as well as a list of some of the essential foods that have gotten me this far through the nausea and lack of energy. Stick around and make sure you’re following me on Instagram for all the updates!
